Please review the following reminders to help keep our community safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone.

• 📧 Stay Informed – Register your email with The Capin Group for updates.
• 🐕 Please be courteous to your neighbors. If you walk your dog, always clean up after them.
• 🐕‍🦺 Leash Law – Dogs must be on a leash per Miami-Dade ordinance.
• 🚗 Parking Rules
  • No parking on grass.
  • No overnight parking on the roadway (Bylaws Article VIII, Section 14).
  • Vehicles parked overnight may be towed at the owner’s expense.
  • No parking of vehicles with expired or missing license plates.
• 💧 Sprinklers – Homeowners are responsible for any sprinkler damage they cause.
• 🏊 Pool Access – A gate key is required to enter the pool area. Contact The Capin Group if you need a replacement key.
• 🐀 Pest Prevention – Please do not leave food outside (bird, cat, or fish food). This attracts rats and other pests.
• 🚦 Drive Safely – Please obey all STOP signs and community speed limits.
• 👀 Stay Alert – If you see suspicious activity, report it immediately. Call 911 if necessary.
• 🔒 Safety Reminder – Please lock your homes and vehicles and keep valuables out of sight.
• 🚪 Back Gate Entrance – Some students have been jumping over the back gate.
• If your child does not have a gate key, please contact The Capin Group.
